I made this workbook because at one point in my life, I was deciding whether or not to stay in a relationship or go, and I felt torn. Pro and con lists didn't help; asking other people's advice didn't help, and praying didn't help either. Until I learned some practical tools to access the wisdom in my body, I felt alone. But, now that I know how to listen to my body, I don't seek direction outside myself. I may seek advice, but I don't follow it if it doesn't feel right for me.
