I made this class because it's what I needed when I felt lost. I needed help figuring out what was true for me, and these exercises taught me how to connect with my body, emotions, & intuition.

When: This is an online class. Begin anytime! You'll receive an email with a link to a private webpage that contains all the videos & audio files.
What: 23 videos with meditation or journaling exercises to help you learn how to connect with your intuition. 7 audio meditations to help you get started. Spread them out over 4 weeks M - F for a month of self exploration or jump in & finish them all in just over 3 weeks. Most activities take less than 15 minutes/day.
Purpose: To learn the basic concepts of intuition awareness. I share some personal stories & 23+ tips & tools for connecting with your intuition. Try them out daily or collect a mini library to refer back to in the future. I want you to know the wealth of information that lives in your tissues. I want you to know the wisdom of your body & have the courage to follow it.
